Yes, all our basins are completely water resistant. We manufacture each piece using Ultra High Performance Concrete (UHPC) and advanced terrazzo. From the factory, every basin includes a deep multi-layer nanotechnology waterproofing treatment that penetrates the micropores of the material, creating a hydrophobic barrier that prevents water absorption and protects the structural integrity and aesthetic finish from day one.

Concrete is a naturally porous material, but thanks to our professional factory sealer, the risk of staining is drastically reduced. For daily cleaning, use only pH-neutral soap (such as liquid Marseille soap or Fila Cleaner), warm water and a damp microfibre cloth. Avoid abrasive products, metal scourers or aggressive chemicals (descalers, bleach, ammonia or vinegar). If oily, acidic or citric substances fall on the surface, clean them as soon as possible to avoid marks.

Yes, this is completely normal and one of the greatest attractions of the brand. As 100% handcrafted pieces, each concrete pour experiences subtle variations in colour tone and the curing process. The possible appearance of surface micro air bubbles are exclusive identity marks of concrete craftsmanship and do not represent any manufacturing defect.

Concrete basins (models such as Amber, Dama or Mia) have a homogeneous surface with a smooth, satin, single-colour texture. Terrazzo incorporates selected fragments of natural stones, marbles and high-quality granites into the mix, subjecting the piece to a diamond technical polishing that exposes the stone aggregates, achieving that characteristic geometric and granular pattern.

No, the process is straightforward and logical, although it requires care due to the weight of the material. For countertop basins (Eos, Duna, Tulip…) simply apply two beads of clear silicone on the bottom base and seat it firmly. For wall-mounted models (Dama, Amber, Mia, Aura…) we include a custom metal bracket that is fixed to the load-bearing wall, onto which the basin slides and is sealed.

Although the physical assembly can be carried out by the client or a general installer, we strongly recommend having a qualified professional plumber for the hydraulic connections. Critical warning: the drain valve must be tightened strictly by hand. The use of mechanical tools to over-tighten can cause irreparable cracks in the concrete and voids the product warranty.

For Amber, Mia and Dama models in 2H version, we recommend the Time concealed single-lever tap, with a centre-to-centre distance of 100 mm and a spout reach of 150 mm. You can also opt for the Time Concealed Single-Lever Pack, which includes tap + trap + valve in the same finish with a 10% discount.

Yes. All our wall-mounted basins include at no extra cost the high-strength custom-designed metal bracket, as well as the mounting screws for anchoring.

Yes. You have 14 calendar days from receipt to request a return. The basin must be in impeccable condition, uninstalled, with no silicone residue and keeping the original packaging. The cost of return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, except in cases of certified breakage during shipping or manufacturing defect.

All our basins carry a 2-year commercial warranty against structural failures or manufacturing defects in the UHPC concrete or terrazzo. This warranty does not cover damage from knocks, scratches, acid stains or breakage caused by mechanically tightening the drain valve.

All GRB Mixers tapware includes a manufacturer's warranty of 5 years and availability of spare parts for 10 years.
