At KREACONCRETE we understand that acquiring a high-end handcrafted concrete piece requires logistics commensurate with its exclusivity. That is why all orders include free worldwide shipping, with no minimum purchase amount. All orders are dispatched from Spain.
🌍 Free Shipping Without Exceptions
KREACONCRETE assumes the full cost of insured international transport to any country in the world, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, the entire European Union, Australia and New Zealand. For countries outside our usual destinations, contact us at info@kreaconcrete.com and we will study the shipping possibility.
⏱ Delivery Times by Zone
Transit times are optimised through premium international carriers specialised in fragile and heavy goods (UPS, FedEx, DHL, SEUR, Zeleris, TDN…):
- European Union: 3 to 7 working days
- United Kingdom: 5 to 10 working days
- United States and Canada: 7 to 10 working days
- Australia and New Zealand: 7 to 10 working days
- Rest of the world: 10 to 20 working days depending on local destination infrastructure
Note: These timescales apply to in-stock products. For made-to-order pieces, add 4–5 weeks of artisan production time.
📋 DDP Commitment: No Customs, No Fees, No Surprises
For all our clients outside the European Union (USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Australia…) we operate under the international modality DDP — Delivered Duty Paid.
What does this mean for you in practice?
- Absolute transparency: The price you see when completing your payment on our website is the definitive total cost. It includes the product, insured transport and all applicable taxes.
- Zero formalities: KREACONCRETE manages and pays in advance all import duties, local VAT, customs fees and logistics brokerage.
- Direct delivery to your door: You will not receive any call from customs or the carrier demanding additional payments to release the package. The process is as straightforward as a domestic delivery.
📦 High-Resistance Packaging
Handcrafted concrete is an extraordinarily resistant material, but its geometric edges and corners require infallible protection for long-distance international transit. Our packaging protocol consists of three security layers:
- Outer layer (wooden crate): The larger volume models (Amber, Dama, Mia, Mare, Naya) are fitted inside a rigid export plywood structure designed to mitigate impacts and crushing. The remaining models use high-density reinforced cardboard boxes.
- Middle layer (polyurethane foam): The space between the basin and the packaging is filled with high-density expanded polyurethane foam moulded to the exact dimensions of the piece, blocking any movement or vibration during transit.
- Inner layer (surface protection): The basin is wrapped in waterproof plastic film and expanded polyethylene sheets to protect the hydrophobic finish from friction and abrasion.
