BUG HOLES
Air bubbles are one of the most notable characteristics of concrete; they form during the mixing process and rise to the surface during the casting of each piece. This is our favorite characteristic, and one that we strive to showcase in all our products.
COLOR VARIATION
Concrete will never be a monotonous block of color due to the number of variable materials from which it is made. Variations in tone and texture create a unique patina that is integral to the character of concrete.
EXPOSED AGGREGATES
The composition of our concrete is based on a traditional mix of aggregates, sand and cement. These minerals can be visible on the surface of the concrete which is part of its unique and natural texture.
TEXTURAL FLOW LINES
The initial state of concrete is liquid, so in some cases visible flow lines can form on the surface. These lines are evidence of the fluid and dynamic origin of concrete.
